I have been craving cake for the last week and the craving hasn't subsided yet. Any good recipes or grocery options that would fulfill the craving and not destroy macros?

I looked around on Pinterest and found a low calorie brownie option...they were about 100 calories each. After eating one I decided I would make normal boxed brownies in the future and work them into my calorie goal. The "healthy" brownies were not very good.1

Two types, and I consume both regularly.0 -
look for black bean or zucchini brownies. You'd be surprised how fudgy both of those are. Alternatively, "No Pudge!" brownie mix is a good storebought brand that only needs some low-cal yogurt and a microwave to hit that craving mark. (Yes, I'm a brownie person over cake

I second that. I'd rather have the real thing. I do keep Fiber One brownies in the house for days I don't have a lot of wiggle room and find myself needing a sweet fix. It does the trick.
You can make healthier swaps for things - I was out of butter one day and didn't realize until I was in the thick of making cookies. I used 1/2 cup oil and one banana for 1 cup of butter. The result was the most delicious cookie that was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I only make that particular cookie recipe that way now!1 -
            3-2-1 Mug Cake is okay.
1 pkg cake mix
1 pkg angel food cake mix
Stir together.
Take 3 Tbls mix & 2 Tbl water. Stir together in a coffee mug. Cook 1 minute in the microwave. Under a hundred calories. Better if you can find sugar free cake mix.
Regular brownie mix and Greek yogurt is pretty good too: http://www.lovefromtheoven.com/brownies-made-with-greek-yogurt/

I'm really into meringues, lately. Satisfies my sweet tooth and only 10-ish calories each.1

Have you tried Kodiak Power Cake flapjack mix? I've mixed 50g the chocolate flavor mix in a mug with 50g egg white, 100g greek yogurt, about 3 pkts splenda and a few chocolate chips then cooked in the microwave about 2-3 minutes on 50% power and it made a nice little cake for about 300cal and 25g protein.2

In my experience, a true craving can only really be squashed by the real thing. So, when I want cake, I go to a specialty cupcake shop and by one cupcake. It provides me built in portion control and I plan for it in my daily calories.2
