Lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks!!! 4 lbs first week and 6 lbs second week! Thank you MAP for the help and encouragement! I know it won't come off this fast every week but I'm very thankful for the past 2 weeks! And it was kinda easy!

Very cool. But keep in mind that 10lbs in 2 weeks would mean you had to have a deficit of 35,000 calories. We don't know what is normal for you, but let's pretend your maintenance is 2200 calories a day and you were eating 1200 calories a day. If that were true you would have a deficit of 1000 calories a day or 14,000 in two weeks. Meaning it's possible that you really lost 4lbs, and the extra 6 lbs was lost water. If that's the case, over the next three weeks, if you were to continue eating the same way, you would lose another 6 lbs, but your water levels might start to normalize meaning you see no change on the scale.
Sorry for being a wet blanket, but I see so many people disappointed with their lack of progress after that initial whoosh.
So, yay to that weight loss, but please stay with us even if the scales aren't so nice in the coming weeks.9 -
