    The hubby and I were going home from church it was dark and we pulled on our street and there was about a 2 year old boy wearing nothing but a dirty diaper and he was crying. After other people pulled up we watched the boy while the others tried to find the momma. Called the cops and turns out Mom was passed out from drugs on the couch and the boy walked right out the door. It tore your heart out.
