Hi, I'm New!

My goal is to learn to eat healthy and lose a pound a week, up to 30 pounds, in the process. I am by upbringing and habit a junk food junkie so this is very challenging to me. I don't know how to cook or eat healthy and I'm in my 50s. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks and it's a pleasure to be a part of this group.

    Hello. Nice to meet you and I am proud of you for taking this step. Make a Pinterest account. You can search anything on there. I always search healthy foods, carbs, etc. Any dish you wanna make, make sure you add healthy in with the search. I hope this helped!
