I have started working out in the morning and a couple hours go by and I feel really weak, like my blood sugar has completely crashed. I eat a good breakfast (eggs, toast, coffee and fruit) yet is there something Im missing here?

I think it's the breakfast that is making you feel unergized.0

Do you eat before your workout or after? I've been told to eat a healthy carb before workout and protein after. Sometimes I feel like my blood sugar drops too. My chiropractor suggested eating a 1/2 tsp or so of raw organic honey before my workout to help stabilize my blood sugar.0

Are you eating all the pre-workout? I couldn't eat all that and then workout. I can't tell you exactly what would work for you, but Greek yogurt 1/2 cup and maybe some berries would work for me. Then protein following the workout.0

eating carbs before a workout inhibit the fat burning process.0
