Hey there! just some short info. I am currently 5'2 and weigh about 118 lbs. I started working out more seriously about 3 years agao. At the time i was just 100 lbs and my goal was to gain weight. I have had a roller coaster relationship with fitness and hope to learn how to stay consistant. I work retail so i am on my feet all day. Other than that i am kind of a loner and go through times of depression/anxeity and i believe this is what causes me to give up on myself. Id like to link up w any ladies looking to build muscle or that have gone through what I have and could help/give advice/keep me motivated.
