Looking for Motivational Tips (more for food)

I have a lot of weight to lose and am doing quite well in third week but finding I am hungry more last couple days. Any tips would be most appreciated. :)

    Have you tried ketogenic diet? It's amazing, all natural and no hunger or sugar cravings. I just started my second week. Lost 3.5kg! I felt a bit tired at the beginning but now I am feeling great! Check it out online! Also, feel free to add me x

    Are you reaching your protein target? I ask because I seem to have trouble with that. I bought a protein powder to help me out every now and again. I was using Vega which is vegetable protein and tastes like it...but I just got Quattro cookies and cream and was stunned at the difference. Hubby likes it too. Switching to greek yogurt with more protein helped too. Fibre rich veggies can help sustain you and, of course, drink plenty of water.
