currently 140 pounds, 5'7
goal weight is 120
Really trying to track all of my food but it gets so tedious and I always eat so much at the end of the day and never log it.
I have been thinking as a way to motivate myself and the answer: the ten thousand calorie challenge when i reach it ( hopefully in the next 2 months)
Does anyone have experience with cheat days?
because for me everyday is a cheat day.
Sorry for the rambling.

Nope I hear ya. Its a pain in the but to track. I am the weight at 45 years old I was when I was 9 months pregnant at 22 years old. I stay at 157 and for the life of me I cant budge off that scale. I eat right, exercise but my problem is alcohol on weekends I think.0

I get it too....you sound like me...i start off everyday doing really well. by the end of the day i have eaten way more than i intended and dont log it because it is not gonna be good...i will tell you what everyone says to me...keep at it..at least you are aware and make the effort. Since the end of the day is the issue try to schedule some kind of activity at that time...get away from the house and especially the kitchen...

I got down to my goal weight of 120, I'm 5'7" and tbh, its hard to maintain it, been doing that for 6 months now. I decided to move up to a range of between 125 and 130 because the calorie intake for that keeps me satisifed enough to do more excersize and be more acive. On calories to maintain 120 I feel tired most of the time. Depending on how you go it might be that 120 could be a bit low for you too. Nevertheless, its your call, and for all the work it takes to get there you have to do it to find out if it makes you happy or not. Best wishes on your goals!0
