    I'm getting married in June this year, in Portugal! So, ideally I want a beach body & to look good in my dress. Determined is an understatement!!!

    I'm getting married in early August. I desperately need to lose 20 kilos. I've lost 15 kilos to date. I'm finding it more and more difficult to lose weight now

    Hello everyone, I'm not a bride but my best friend will be in Oct. 2017 and I am her maid of honor. Actually we are both trying to lose weight.

    I'm getting married June 17th! I'm not going to stress too much about losing any extra weight before the wedding. If I drop a few more pounds, great, but I'm going to focus on just eating sustainably and expanding my workouts.

    I'm getting married in June and I am not concerned about losing weight for it. I have enough stress going with the planning and my job and financial situation to try the whole, I HAVE to lose 30 lbs by June. I gave the lady making my dress my exact measurements. I'd rather have it taken in if I lose, than feel like I HAVE to lose to fit into it.

    My wedding is in August in Istanbul!!!! It will be a destination wedding in a palace!!
    I gained almost 30 pounds in medical school and need to give about 25 pounds now :( need all the support I can get!
