80 more pounds to lose! Need motivational friends to help keep me accountable!

Hi guys! My name is Liz! I'm from Portsmouth, Ohio. I'm 25, almost 26, and I'm working on losing 80 more pounds. As of today I'm down 10. I want to get back to a healthy weight and also get down to where I feel good about my body again. Lately I've really let myself go, and I'm miserable with myself. I'm currently at 250 pounds, and I just need some good motivational friends to help me along the way!

    You got this girl! Its all about mindset. "Your mind will quit a thousand times before your body will". "Don't stop when you are tired, stop when you are done".
    Pay attention to the little things, small goals are important. I felt so accomplished when I noticed that I could put my shoes on easier than before, felt like my belly wasn't in the way anymore, this was a huge feat. Then a couple weeks later I noticed that I did 10 V-Ups effortlessly. Whoop Whoop ... these little things top some were seriously motivational to me to keep going on this journey.
    SO don't give up, you will have many days where you feel like you are spinning your wheels ... YOU ARE NOT. Go Girl

    I gotta say - YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS! No matter how far it seems, you will get there.

    I started at 267, currently 190ish. When I started I thought there was no way this calorie thing will work but it totally does, so if someone like me can do it, I know you can! I have a ways to go, hope I can offer some support and motivation.
