Just started my weight loss journey January 19th, 2017. Working out everyday and struggli g with choosing the right foods! Any support and friendship welcomed!

    Feel free to add me. My diary is open. I'm a working mum of 3 toddlers, so I'm struggling to fit in exercise, so I'm quite strict with my food.
    I'm trying to lose about 28lbs as a starting point.

    So far I've been working out everyday from 20-45 minutes doing Zumba & Pilates. I started out working out to Adrian Bryant from YouTube. Try him out. He gives you a workout regimen using things in your home.
