    Week 1 Update: I was sick for most of this past week, so I've decided to reevaluate my goals going forward. See below!
    Monthly
    * 100 Planks (0/40, 1/L20, 1/R20, 0/B20)
    * 100 Burpees (0/100) --- Hopefully I can move this to a weekly goal in week 3 :smile:
    * 100 Push-Ups (5/100) ---- 1st week wall push-ups
    * 100 Squats (25/100)

    ►100 Planks (0/40=0/L20=0/R20=0/B20)

    Here's where I'm at so far:

    Planks: 25/100
    Burpees: 35/200
    Squats: 115/400
    Push ups: 145/400

    I will most likely be over on squats and push ups. I need to pick up the pace on the burpees for sure!

    ►100 Planks (24/160=12/L80=12/R80=20/B80)
    First week I will be doing 1 minute and 30 second holds. I will increase time through month
    ►100 Squats (50/400)
    ►100 Burpees (0/400)

    400 core per week = 1600 core exercises for the month

    Just added more and I plan to try to get even more of these knocked out today. I have to update as I go though or I will forget.
  • I want to try... I might get to 400 in a month. I will update daily..


    Goal : 100 of each for the month total

    ►100 Planks (30/40=15/L20=15/R20=13/B20)
    ►100 Squats (60/100)

    2 planks...these hurt my back so I am having a hard time pulling this off

    I think there are modifications you can do to assist your back, you can use something to support yourself and also do it in lesser times, it still counts!
    I don't want anyone to get hurt pushing too hard!

    I just updated. I did 40 push ups tonight and 12 left side planks and 10 right side planks. Man I need to get at the squats and burpees

    Week 2 Update: My EA Sports workout allows me to get these...

    My push-up workout that I'm going to try and hit 3 times a day:

    Standard Pushups - 25
    Slide Push-Ups - 15
    Military Push-Ups - 25
    Push-Up Jacks - 25
    Standard Push-ups - 20
    Slow Motion (3 in 1) push-ups - 10
    Slide Push-Ups - 15
    Push-Up Jacks - 15
    Breaks in between.

    How would you all feel if we modify the plank time requirement?

    Not because we can't do it, but (I know for my schedule) that the time is killing me.

    I was thinking we can cut the time in half?

    1:30 min for Forward Plank
    45 sec for side(s), back?

    I would like your guys input!! :flowerforyou:

    I would luv that that's the only thing which hard for me right now :sad: 3 min can't do it 1:30 i guess doable

    Burpees: 155/200
    Squats: 330/400
    Push ups: 533/400


    Man, these planks are KILLING ME! I have severe scoliosis and have been working on my core strength and back strength, but I also have severe diastasis recti from pregnancies and can't do traditional ab work. Oh well, onward and upward...
