Week 1 Update: I was sick for most of this past week, so I've decided to reevaluate my goals going forward. See below!Monthly
* 100 Planks (0/40, 1/L20, 1/R20, 0/B20)
* 100 Burpees (0/100) --- Hopefully I can move this to a weekly goal in week 3
* 100 Push-Ups (5/100) ---- 1st week wall push-ups
* 100 Squats (25/100)0 -
This sounds interesting have never done anything like this before

I will most likely be over on squats and push ups. I need to pick up the pace on the burpees for sure!0 -

2 planks...these hurt my back so I am having a hard time pulling this off
I think there are modifications you can do to assist your back, you can use something to support yourself and also do it in lesser times, it still counts!
I don't want anyone to get hurt pushing too hard!0 -

Slide Push-Ups - 15
Military Push-Ups - 25
Push-Up Jacks - 25
Standard Push-ups - 20
Slow Motion (3 in 1) push-ups - 10
Slide Push-Ups - 15
Push-Up Jacks - 15
Breaks in between.0 -

How would you all feel if we modify the plank time requirement?
Not because we can't do it, but (I know for my schedule) that the time is killing me.
I was thinking we can cut the time in half?
1:30 min for Forward Plank
45 sec for side(s), back?

I would luv that that's the only thing which hard for me right now :sad: 3 min can't do it 1:30 i guess doable

Man, these planks are KILLING ME! I have severe scoliosis and have been working on my core strength and back strength, but I also have severe diastasis recti from pregnancies and can't do traditional ab work. Oh well, onward and upward...0 -
