so I feel like cardiovascular-ly I could do so much more when I'm working out but thanks to pregnancy weight gain all this extra weight is H3ll on my joints.

I don't get out of breath and I hardly break a sweat but when I start to jump around, or stand on one leg too long it hurts Seriously hurts. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the weight I gained. I used to be fairly athletic.

Do does anyone have any tips regarding how to up the intensity but be gentle on the joints until the weight comes off?

Stationary or Recumbent bicycle, when I started this was the only exercise I did until hitting the 50lb lost mark. Or maybe try and elliptical machine.

I walk mostly. If I can't, I have a treadmill and a nordic ski machine. (The treadmill is secondhand from my parents, but it recently tried to kill me by tossing me off at 5.3 mph, so I'm... sort of avoiding it right now. I've had great results with the skier, now that I'm below 250; it has a maximum safe weight.)

The indoor rowing machine is my fav. Zero impact. Just watch some YouTube videos on correct form. It's easy to get wrong.
