Hi guys, I'm 5'4" and approaching 145. That's not healthy for my build. 130 would be great! Lower A1C and cholesterol levels are what I really need.....anyone got 20 or under to lose?

Same here, 5ft 4 currently 138 and aiming to 120...looks nothing but it's not!!1

5'1" currently down to 127 lbs; striving to lose 12 more. Using Intermittent Fasting (IF), the ratio 16:8. Sixteen hours of fasting, eight hours to consume 1200 calories.

I'm at 5'2" and 145. Funny how it creeps up and up until you have to acknowledge that your laundry isn't shrinking. haha2

6' 3" - down to about 185lbs and want to lose some more, but mostly belly fat, not too concerned about overall weight.1
