Motivation

I need to lose 30-40lbs. Im a very picky eater. Any advice.

    My best advise would be to meal plan for the week and stick to it. Like when you go to work take what you are going to eat and only eat that but make sure you eat everything you bring. I have never been a picky eater so I am not sure if this will help.

    Eat the things you like within your mfp calories, occasionally try new things on small quantities, don't force yourself to eat things you dislike just because it may be perceived as healthy.

    Agree with above!! I'm a vegetarian who doesn't like vegs! I only want sweets and carbs!! But I'm in a good place now where I have what I want IN MODERATION aka portion control logged! alternated with more healthy choices. You can do it!!

    Just decide.. do you want to lose weight? Yes. Then do what it takes. You might find that after trying new things that you develop a liking for foods you usually did not want to try.
