keep up the good work and done forget to update your stats as you loose the weight you get less calories each day but you get used to it real quick.

The last thing I want to do is be discouraging, so please don't take this that way. Most of what you lost was water weight. Your body I adjusting to your new routine. Doing the exact same thing will not result in a 4 pound weight loss next week, so don't get discouraged if it feels like the scale barely moves after this week. It's pretty normal to lose a bunch of weight the first week or two, then for it to even out to the pound or so a week you are aiming for when you set up your calorie goal.
Keep up the great work!1 -

This. And by the same token, don't get discouraged if the numbers on the scale creep back up in a week or two. It's not at all uncommon for water weight to return. And on that note, it's probably worth reminding you that weight loss is not linear. 1-3 lb weight fluctuations (or more in some people) from day-to-day/week-to-week are absolutely normal and can be caused by anything from water retention (due to high sodium intake, exercise, etc), TOM, or other hormonal changes. Comparing your weigh ins on a week to week, or even month to month basis will help you see your long term weight trend vs. getting caught up in normal daily fluctuations.
Best of luck to you!2 -
Yeah I completely am expecting that. I've heard a lot about it.1
