I am looking for some tips or advice on diets or eating patrons, or what I should be eating on a night *kitten*

I'm guessing your "f" key isn't working properly there...
I work weird hours myself. What I generally do is to bring in only what I plan to eat on my meal break, or at most I bring several protein portions that I allocate to myself one at a time. There are a few snacks at my desk, but it's things like apples or granola bars. Apples I can munch out on, but the granola I only allow myself one packet a day.
As far as what you should eat, that doesn't change just because you're working a night shift. You still need your nutrition. But I wouldn't worry about "what" so much as "how much".1 -
As above i work nights and eat the same as normal its all about staying under your cals.
i have my dinner with the wife and kids before work the a normal lunch at 1 am then breakfast at 6.30 when i get home .
It is a bit backwards dinner when i get up and breakfast before i go to bed but it works for me.1
