This feeling I had looking at a progress picture is the best feeling right now.
I love my age, I love the fact that a police officer thought I was a student tonight at my son's high school basketball game, This feeling of confidence came over me and I just wanted to share a progress picture and hopefully help with some motivation!
It took about 2 good months for the ball to start rolling for me. I just pressed on and logged my calories. (Even through Christmas) I had some health issues come up with my A1C numbers and I decided to start drinking water as my main beverage instead of drinking a lot of my calories, (this really helped me in getting out of a slow metabolism)
Small changes bring great results. So if you have hit a plateau or you're stuck in a rut and haven't even followed through, just change something small. I believe you will see a big difference and it will motivate you to do more. You will go through struggles to do great things and when you do.... this feeling is worth it!
By the way, that's my oldest son! He's 22!

So it looks like I'm always wearing the same jeans but these are new.
I'm sitting around in the house in them (after a long day) because I bought these jeans as a reward for when I was supposed to be escorted by my very strong, athletic and handsome son across the basketball court on Thursday night. This Thursday night would have been his senior night, but sadly it was cancelled because of the flu epidemic here. (Both my kids have it) but these babies sure feel good! And it feels good that I've lost 6 jean sizes since November 2016! I'm totally digging these rips too. And I hope these kids will feel good once again after all this sickness is over with!0 -
