    I love my kettlebells. Just finished the "simple" standard in "Simple and Sinister" (100 1-hand swings (50 per hand) @ 50lbs [officially it's more like 53, since the standard is 24k, but i was working with what I had!] in 5 min, 1-min rest, 5 per side Turkish Get Ups @35lb/16kg in 10 min).

    Starting on "Rite of Passage" from "Enter the Kettlebell" this weekend. Hoping to really up my pressing game.

    I am starting to feel like a kettlebell hoarder-I have an 8k, a 12k, a 30lb, a 16k, and a 50lb. Oh, and my 3.5 yr old son has a 5lb one he likes to swing sometimes so he can be like me.

    I'm training for RKC level 1 right now. I how to pass when I take the certification this summer. I'm also doing some barbell training:-)

    Kettlebells are my jam!! Love them!! Swings are probably one of my favorite exercises to do with them.

    Adore Kettlebells!!!! I do 2-3 60 minute continuous workouts per week, mixed into my 6 day workout schedule. I used to be a long distance runner, now I'ma long-distance kettlebeller.

    Just started a couple of weeks ago, am going to two classes a week. The legs are becoming less sore every time I go :) It's wonderful exercise.

    I like kettlebells too. They give you a great cardio workout along with the strength training. I notice how tight my body becomes when I use them. I gave them up for a time but now with my foot acting up I'm returning to kettlebells. I especially like the Tabata workouts on YouTube.
