Hi all, getting back to being healthy. This time, I'm not on a diet, this is a lifestyle change for me. Just counting my calories, lots of cardio and some other exercise. My biggest hoop is going to be my water intake and boosting myself to continue daily.

I you can do this. .it's not easy trust me. .I hate water but I now drink six glasses a day..and it really helps with your weight loss.0

I use an app on my phone called "water drink reminder". It gives a little notification each hour to ask if you've had anything to drink. I alternate between plain water and some with a squirt of flavor. My computer at work is slow so when it thinks, I drink. Have worked up to 100 ounces or so a day. I include tea and coffee in this as well.
