I use to weigh over 333lbs and couldn't walk for 10min just 3yrs ago.
It's about discipline, tenacity, and sacrifice... Aaannnnd good lighting lol!7 -

For one brief, shining moment, they looked like this...
Then I ate a muffin or something and they vanished.
They usually look more like this...
Or, more recently, this...
Damn...I hate that these pics are so huge. I also hate the stretched out wrinkly skin on my belly that having three (big) babies left behind and that nothing short of surgery will get rid of. Sigh.

I've seen amazing progress made by many amazing people. I'm here with you guys fighting the same battles, facing the same struggles, everyday and I'm proud to be part of your community!
The weight I had gained was a blessing in disguise. I might never have found this path, or the drive to have traveled so far down it otherwise.
Proud of what I've become, humbled by what I once was...

Enjoying this thread Sorry, I do not have any abs yet. I also am not confident enough to show my stomach even if I do get it nice and flat. I have gross scars all over.

My Abs blows everyone else's away!!!Not even close ...But I just ordered them off Amazon & with shipping it will take a couple of days ...But u just wait!4
