Idk body types either.... muscle weighs more than fat but im lean and lifting all out 6 days a week and boxing which burns my fat. But im 6' 2" and weighing roughly 184 pound.
You do mean 310 as your current weight?

BMI will give you a rough guide of whats an acceptable weight range.

Facts say I should weigh 108 pounds however alternative facts say 138.

    Which facts should I believe?

That's a difficult question to answer, as it depends on your goals and how much muscle you have. I am 5'8", was fat and weighed 174 when I started. At the end of this last bulk, about new years, I was 190 and much leaner than I was when I started (I am about 190 in my profile pic). I am currently 180, probably going to cut down to 165-170 to be nice and shredded for the beach. Then start gaining muscle again.

All that to say, there is no *should weigh.* It just depends on your body composition and goals.

Goodness I couldn't imagine being 160 or even 180. I guess there is a lot of factors that come into play

My husband is 6'3 and has weighed between 180-220. His "right" weight is about 205. He's been a "chubby" 205 (less right) and a "built" (more right) 205...there's a noticeable difference. He'd probably love to be a "built" 220+ though.

I'm 6" and large framed (going by wrist size and I'm over 8") which puts me 165-190.

I'm now 265 (down from 330) and have a goal of 220 (still overweight, but not obese). Once I get there I will see where I go. Crap, it's tough enough realizing I'm 265 and not 300+ so I'm going to be happy at 220.

When I can see my abs (all of them) and my jawline, then I know I'm in a good spot.

I'd use the mirror over a scale.

Thanks all for the input. Tacklewasher and dJeffreys maybe we can stay connected since we're around the same.

No prob bro. I am 4 inches shorter than you, so what I weigh will look a lot different on you.
