Went to a spin class today, and found out I am not in as good a shape as I thought. But I am going back, and will be able to last longer soon. That is my goal.0

I want to lose 50 by May 27. Feels a bit unattainable. But I'd like to get as close as I can.2

So I am currently at about 287 - in order to be under 200, I would need to lose about 87 more.2 -
Did not log in last week, sorry. I have lost another 2.8 lbs. Not a lot, but it is steady. I am aiming for 5 lbs in February. Everyone is doing so well - keep it up1

Lost 2 more lbs. Am only 12 lbs from goal. I will work very hard this week to lose 2 lbs. We can all do this.2

I would like to join this challenge. I am 262 now and want to get at least down to 175. 165 would be nice but for my health I need to do this. I have lost and gained 20 pounds 4 times using a synthetic HCG diet and I just think the radical dieting has to go.1

I want to "weigh in" once per week with someone rather than attending weight watchers to do so. I was going to do that but prefer this website and it's database. Does anyone in this group do that? Is this the forum where people keep up with each other for this challenge? I have not done this before but I did join one group a long time ago. A little confused...1

How is everyone doing? Well i made a goal for myself to loose 30 pounds and then another until the December the 31.0

Im in too as my goal 20lbs by end May my birthday. Looking forward to be able wear the many clothes that are too tight and or bit too small and also feel so much better and healthier are all my motivation. Feel free to add me as friend.1

I am not doing well at all! All I can figure out is that I am not keeping up with my calories as well as I think I am. Also, I believe I am drinking too many of my calories. I am going back to the strict paleo that helped me get off the 48 lbs. Next week, I should have a better report! Everyone else who is doing so well - keep it up.1

I've been doing really good this month. I've lost 8 pounds. I've been walking 30 minutes a day and doing exercise videos. So far in all I lost 23.4 pounds. My clothes are getting bigger and I'm feeling great.0
