Just need advice please on were to start

Ok so so i keep trying to loose weight and then i fail go back to eating fatty foods then try again then fail i think its mainly because i dont know what to eat to loose weight when im trying ill eat an egg sandwitch, egg spegetti on toast for tea , dont have lunch and boiled egg for breakfast so bassiclly alot of egg ill excersize and can go well for about 2 weeks but ill get hungry and ill still be hungry after all the egg i eat tbh i just dont know what else to eat oh ill have chicken too like a roast but i dont know any healthy stuff ? X

    All you need to do for weight loss is to eat the calories mfp gave you. You can eat any foods, but keep in mind that nutrition is important too. I am 100lbs down eating nutritious foods plus junk food-food that I enjoy. Weight loss isn't about heavy calorie restriction and cutting out foods. Choose a way of eating that you can sustain for life, not just for weight loss.

    Eat the foods that you like to eat, that will promote adherence, in an amount that creates a calorie deficit and meets your macro and micronutrient needs.
