First thing's first... I'm excited to start this journey! This app makes everything that much easier.
My trainer put me on a 1,110 calorie count diet and a 40%, 20% 40% (carbohydrates, fat, protein) macro diet. I seem to be hitting my fat and carbs a lot faster than I should during the day and simply not enough protein, any suggestions?! I'm new to this whole process so any tips would be muchly appreciated.

Protein shakes and/or bars. Easy day!

I agree. Easy to mix in extra protein shakes throughout the day to help push you to your macro goal. Good luck!!

Meat, poultry, fish, low-fat or nonfat dairy (milk, yogurt, cottage cheese), eggs and egg whites, beans/legumes/pulses/peas/lentils, soy milk if you don't to dairy, tofu, seitan.

Yes yes! Protein shakes are my favorite .. I normally have one every morning ... didn't know it was something I could consume more than once a day!

A nice evening that helps give a big protein boost that I use is 1c plain greek yogurt, mix in one scoop of your favorite protein powder, then toss it in the freezer for 15-20 mins or so, and you have a nice frozen yogurt snack that will have upwards of 30-50g protein!

I prefer to start my day with a protein shake and that keeps me well balance through the day. If I find I need it I'll have another in the evening as well.
I like your macro breakdown, mine is similar. Is your total calorie count working for you? Do you also eat back your exercise calories?
I'm not a trainer nor do I play one on TV but man-a-live 1,110 that seems low. I can hardly make it through the day on 1600 with little exercise to speak of and now that I'm starting to work out again 2100 barely gets me through the day. FYI, 2100 is the average with me eating my exercise cals back.
But if your trainer recommended that and you are able to function then by all means, you go gurl!
    Good luck.
