I am 185 pounds and I want to lose 40-45 lbs. don't want to be skinny but slim thick #goals

    I need to lose around 70lbs! I am restricting calories and trying to exercise. I have fibromyalgia, so that sometimes makes moving hard. I have started a yoga routine tho

    I am 236.6 and yes I would love to lose 50-60 lbs. Since I have started back with this app I have lost 4 lbs. Changing eating habits and exercising when I can

    I started the gym. Trying to build the motivation to go after a long day at work.

    I am at about 238 and just started back on this app this week as it was helpful for me in the past to track what I am eating/drinking. Really hoping to stick with it and loose the 60-70 pounds that I would like to. Also going to start going to the gym with my youngest daughter this week, having her as a gym buddy will help too I believe.
