Why can't I get these last 10 pounds off?

I'm trying everything. Maybe not hard enough.

The simple answer is that you are eating to much. As you get closer to a goal weight, your caloric allowance is less. The last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose and you really have to have tight control over your diet.1

This. The less you have to lose, the less margin for error you have on food logging/calorie counting.1 -
Also could have gained muscle weight.. not all numbers = fat. Focus less on the number and more on body composition0

I agree with what Erica said up above. Your body composition should definitely become of more importance as you get smaller. I'm not sure what your caloric intake is, but you are either consuming too much or not enough calories.0
