This may not be in right thread. Sorry if not.

This is the 4th week of my life change/eating healthier.
I eat at regular times because of work and aslo to try and keep to a routine and keep hunger at bay.
The first three weeks i was fine ,not been craving certain foods etc however this weekn;being the 4th week ive started to feel proper hungry.

Is this normal ? Is my body adjusting to the healthier food?

Any advice/suggestions would be great

Thanks

are you getting enough fat/protein/fiber to keep you going?

Are you close to your period? Hormones can give horrible hunger cravings.

It could just be your body reacting to the loss in your fat reserves (i.e. Telling you to put them back).
It might be a good sign, means the weight is coming off.

it could be any number of things. If you are truly hungry, try eating a small nutritional snack: fruit, veggies, hard boiled egg.

Drink more water (if you don't already) . A lot of time we think we're hungry but it could just be thirst:)

Have you gotten more active in these 4 weeks? Your energy requirements could be increasing.

I would say a few reasons- definitely agree with making sure you have enough protein, also when I first started eating healthier and eating less I was HUNGRY for a while because my body was used to getting, like, twice the calories! Thirdly, I heard somewhere (not sure if it's true it makes sense to me) that when you eat a lot consistently, and then try to eat less your stomach feels less full because the previous over- eating stretched your stomach out. But once you eat less for a while it tightens back up.
