I'm a grandmother hoping to shape up and eat healthier. I'm trying to set a good example for my grandchildren especially my girls so I need all the help and support I can get

    I too am a grandmother with one grand-sugar. I have decided to live a life being spiritually and physically fit. I no longer wants to just exist but I shall live and not die! I am walking early in the morning and changing my lifestyle for the better! You are going to do well and we can excel! Go girl, you got this!
