I am currently working on losing half my size. I get the struggle. You just take each day at time and sometimes it becomes each meal at a time. Look at this as a lifelong journey and you will do great things. If you want, feel free to add me. :)

The struggle is definitely real! Taking it one day at a time. Lost 100lbs several years ago and gained it back. Don't even remember seeing myself as smaller.

I was inspired to start doing this because of my dad. He had been overweight for most of his life. Once he started logging his food here and exercising regularly, the weight began to come off. I still remember when he called me to tell me he finally could wear a size large instead of extra large! It has been several years and he still keeps up the exercise and logs everything to keep himself on track, and he has kept the weight off! I'm so proud of him. It take a lot of time and effort but it's worth it!

Look at it as a challenge not a struggle, a challenge is easier to commit to. Set small goals, celebrate your victories and gain momentum daily to keep your spirits up and your resolve strong. Invision yourself at the finish line with your arms up!!
