Hi, I am new here

Hello everyone,

I ate like a pig the past few years, and I need to really loose 25 lbs. I started as my new years resolution, and I'm already down 7 lbs with getting back on my incline trainer, free weights and not letting myself eat sweets at work (work in law enforcement so there are ALWAYS sweets around, and too often meals were on the fly - no more excuses!). Because I'm chronic Lyme, I'm limited to mostly non impact exercise and I wanted a somewhat accurate account of my calories daily and found this site.

Hope everyone has a super successful journey on their weight loss/gain/management!
