Hello, i'm 45 yrs old, have arthritis and am obese . I am looking to lose 50 lbs but i need friends to keep me on track. Most of my weight gain came after hysterectomy in 2009. I have just been in a stand still with weight. My finances are limited as i dont work due to my arthritis being bad. So please no rude comments. I do also take care of my mom. I was a CNA for 15+ years and that also took a toll on my body. I could use true friends

    Weight loss is more difficult when you can't exercise, that's for sure. Not to get into your health issues on a public forum, but I just had a conversation yesterday with a co-worker who was telling me of a medical study they are doing trying to see why women who have a hysterectomy in which they also remove the cervix gain 20-30 pounds over women whose cervixes are not removed. Add me if you'd like. :-)
