Jogging!
6 km a day.
First run 3 km in one piece. Then 1 km doing sprints at 100 meters. every 200 meters you do pause to rest .. So 1 kilometer. That's a total of 4 kilometers. Then you continue to run even the 2 kilometers. That's a total of 6 kilometers.
You have to run before breakfast, not after .. The last meal should be about 6-7 hours. at 10 o'clock in the evening you do your job one aerobic training. After no longer eat. In this aerobic workout spend the calories that you brought dinner, but in the morning when you run before breakfast wasting fat .. You have to have 5 meals a day. It will be difficult if you try but the results are excellent. 6-7 kg in a month
