Kale Chips

Enter your kale chip recipe into the recipe builder and it will figure out the calories and macros for you. Once they're out of the oven, weigh the entire batch (let's say it's 200g). Go back to the recipe builder and edit the recipe by changing the serving size to 200, which means each serving will equal 1 g. From there, logging your kale chips is as simple as weighing your portion (let's say it's 35g) and entering 35 servings into your diary. Make sense?0

I think you can call a serving what you eat! I'd measure how much kale you think you're going to use (raw) then measure some olive oil and call it a day! This is the recipe I use if you're looking for another. http://www.confusedbawarchis.com/2014/03/11/meatless-monday-baked-kale-chips-with-spiced-salt/0
