How many of you whole30'ers obey the "no weighing" rules??
Just curious.

I still weigh myself weekly and adhere to calorie restrictions. I love the benefits that come from whole30, but at this point, weight loss is my biggest priority. I plan on continuing onto whole60 and might stop weighing myself then.1

When I did a whole 90, I stuck to the rules. But, if I'm doing something, I do it how it's supposed to be done.
.... When I did it, I needed a mental break from logging, measuring, weighing, and being fixated with numbers. I had reached an unhealthy point both physically and mentally so letting go of the numbers was important!1 -
I am obeying - though I have always used other measures more than scale for tracking regularly (scales cause me anxiety so I don't force the issue but monthly anyway.) I already feel better in first week and clothing feels better (I think bloating related.)1
