hi, im currently 238lbs and want to lose atleast 42lbs.. Just need the motivation to do it, im just so negtive i cant ever imagine myself losing weight

Hi my name is Sandee and I think this "FitnessPal" will help you to your goals! I do a spin class 4x a week and love it! Seek out different forms of exercise for yourself, variety IS the Spice of life! I recently added some weight training to turn my fluff in the thighs to firmness and have loss inches! Take one day at a time but most important is to just "do it". Hope this helps!
