3 weeks in !!

I was in a car accident a little over a month ago, and it had caused instability in my left knee. I was sitting on the couch, watching netflix and eating when I had weighed the most I had ever weighed before. This was a wake up call for me. Although I wasn't able to workout yet, I began eating healthier and smaller meals every two hours. Once I was OK to do so, I started working out, baby steps. I am glad to see progress is being made, and am extremely proud of myself so far.k0h03d88pk2t.jpg
