Unknown nutritional informational

There's a healthy restaurant that I like to eat at, they serve salads and wraps with fresh ingredients. It's delicious and healthy. The problem is they don't have their nutritional information (I even asked if they had them because they weren't posted), so I don't know how many calories are in the items I'm ordering. Today I had an autumn crunch salad that had dried cranberries, apples, and pecans.
I like to eat here because it is delicious, fast, and fresh. What do others do when they don't know the calories in their meals? I don't want to avoid eating there because it genuinely feels healthy, but I want to accurately track my calories.

For salads I will generally use the nutrition calculator from Chop't, Just Salad or Lenwich
I find it's easiest to locate a chain restaurant menu that's closest to the type of cuisine you're eating. For instance, to estimate asian food, you can use the nutrition facts posted for PF Changs.2 -

This is what I do too. It is still a guess but it gets you in the ball park and IMO is better than not logging anything. I just try to make sure I use the same entries every time so that I am consistent.0 -
Yes you will be guessing but with all salads the calories are in the dressing so ask how they make it. From scratch or a mix it will give you an idea of how many calories to count for that. The rest of the items you can get a good ballpark by looking at similar restaurants.1

I found that the most calories are in the dressings. I first learned this when I had a big healthy salad & it turned out to be 500 calories due to the dressing1

I decided I would rather over estimate than underestimate so I just logged it as 1000 calories. I emailed the company to see if I could get nutritional information for the future. Thanks for all of the recommendations!1
