Anybody have around a 100 pounds to lose?

I've lost 50lbs so far I've got 100-110 to go. Anyone want motivational friends or to be there with me along the way let me know.

Hi Brandon,yes I do.i need double knee replacement I'm in a wheelchair do to this.I have to loose 100lbs.before I can get the surgery.Im on 2000 calories a day for now.Started tuesday,I am 324lbs.I am lightheaded and my eyes are blurry.I guess it's because I've cut back so fast.Dr.daid I can eat what I want as long as I stay at 2000 a day.so I'm doing that and not really hungry and it's easy for me.What about you what you doing.2

Man that's crazy! but that's awesome you're still keeping at it! That take dedication. Yea I've been trying different "diets" but I stay around 2400 calories a day for my body type and over a gallon of water a day, with a good amount of cardio.0

So awesome for you on your progress thus far! I am down 50, was 60 until the holidays hit. I still am trying to get back to a strict regimen. I welcome active friends!! I still have another 60-80 to go.1

I'm down 34 with another 100+ to go. I like to mix things up a little so I have mixed a few different techniques. Have moved to a real food diet with a lot more fruits and veggie, working on more activity but doing at least 30 min every other day working on adding more and now have added a 5:2 fasting regime to the plan. Open to connecting with folks who would like to get there together.1

I stared needing to lose 100. Now I just need to lose 67. I would love to help and get up along the way to victory. Getting fat sure was easier and oh so much more fun than getting skinny! lol3

I started at 241....currently weigh 150....lost 91lbs in a lil over 2 years ..I have 30 more to go ...............congrats on everyone's journey so far....hoping all of you have much more success1

Amazing amount of weight loss. I've took around 10lb off in 2 weeks doing a vlcd but mainly in 1st week.
I'm hoping to lose around 50lb total. I'm upping my daily calores to 900 from 800 because I was struggling on 800 and had a cheat day of a Saturday to around 3000 !

Yes, I need to get from 22 stone to about 16 stone to be comfortable in my own skin, but if you go strictly by BMI I should be aiming for about 14 stone, but I think 15 is more sensible as I appear to have high bone and muscle content to start with (I have those scales with the metal foot plates and handles that measure body fat %).
15 stone would mean I'd need to lose 98lbs, so not quite your 100, but not far off.
Been at it since Jan 4th and lost 17 1/2 pounds so far, just from calorie restriction.1 -

I'm wanting to lose a total of 230 pounds. I've lost around 45 so far. I still have a long way to go, but I know with hard work and support, I will do it.2
