3 Ingredient Pancakes

1 egg
1 large banana
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

Mash banana with egg until no/minimal chunks are left.
Stir in cocoa powder.
Ladle onto a hot pan over med heat, about 2 min each side.
Pair with fresh berries, and maybe cinnamon...because I'm into that.
If you're feeling adventurous, add some protein powder.
Bomb snack!

    @shmeega this was so damn good!!!! I didn't have cocoa powder, so I used a 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and coconut extract and added blueberries to the mix.

    I need to work on my presentation cause it was hard to keep them in a neat shape

    @EricaCraigie for me, about 3 medium/smaller sized...perfect for a snack. You can definitely just size up or down, depending on whether you're making a full breakfast and whatnot..

    Thanks ! I'm going to try these tomorrow.. definitely less calorie dense then my protein pancakes

    I make these periodically.Depending on what I have taste for I have added coconut, sugar free chocolate morsels, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar free coffee creamer. You can use your imagination to flavor to your taste or mood.
