Focusing your mind

When I hit the gym I am in a completely meditative state ..I focus solely on the contraction of my muscles and my mind wanders to a place in the future were I am happier with myself. The power of the mind is not a joke. I used to struggle losing fat and gaining muscle but since I now see all that as a by product of putting my mind at ease through working out. I am making more progress then I ever did .

    Exactly. I like to refer to it as putting my mind in my muscle. The workout almost becomes therapy. Even when I was working out 3 times a week (hitting all muscles twice) I blew up. I would add correct form goes hand in hand.
