Help! need advice on my menu

So I'm trying to be more conscious not just about my calorie intake but getting the right protein, carb and fiber each day. it seems like I'm always going over on one or all three even if I'm within my calories. here is tomorrows final tally.
the numbers are as follows: calories/carbs/fat/protein/fiber
Total: 1,320 152 30 154 42
My Daily Goal: 1,320 132 44 99 35
Remaining: 0 -20 14 -55 -7
so I'm over on carbs but not by much, over on protein by a lot and over on fiber. it is recommended to have between 25-35 grams of fiber so going over by 7 seems like a lot and I don't want or need trouble in that area;)

oh also I have my plan set at a 40%/30%/30% ratio (carbs, protein fat) which is what the zone diet recommends.0

It looks like you're also under on fat... probably by at least 30 grams? I have my fat set to 25% of my daily and I'm supposed to get around 50 grams... and my cal allotment is 1200... so you definitely need to up your fat a little and scale down your protein a bit...
I don't see any veggies at all on your menu. I would recommend you eat a little less meat with your dinner and replace it with some green veggies. You say you're over on carbs? What exactly is the ratio in grams (not percentage) of carbs/fat/protein you are striving to hit each day?0
