The menu has calories doesn't it? I'd have a look before you go and decide what you're going to have.
Or have a day at maintenance and don't worry about it.0 -
Look up their nutrition info, its on their web site, that way you can plan before hand.0

They even have a calculator on their site where you can customize to your liking and see exactly how many calories you will get. It's nice to see. I would go for personal pan size, with a lot of veggies, and it will probably be within range. Sometimes I get without cheese, but with extra sauce and all the veggies to save a little on calories, and it's really tasty still.0

All of the above, also if you can't fit a whole pizza into your calories you can always eat what your allowance fits and take the rest home in a box?1

If you like CiCi's pizza, most of their pizzas are 180 or 190 a slice, not greasy, thin crust and lighter on cheese. So you can eat a litt!e variety with a salad first and not regret it. But you are going to pizza hut, so unless you have a lot of calories in your budget probably 1 slice, maybe 2. Or eat as much as you want and write it off because pizza. I have done that a time or two.0
