I started my journey on July 4th 2016. I have adapted what I would call a modified Paleo lifestyle with an atkins twist. Not sure how to really explain it. I only eat fresh produce, meats and limited dairy. I avoid Potatoes, Grains, and processed foods. Key for me, if it isn't a natural ingredient on the label, I don't eat it. Working for me. :)

    Congratulations! So good for you. I am doing low carb and no sugar. Starting exercise and food tracking this week.

    Hi, firstly congrats on your level of commitment and perseverance. I started almost exactly the same regime a few weeks ago. I'm 11lbs down towards a 30lbs target, so it's working...
