I need to move more..... and gym more

compared to some of you - I do not nearly enough excercise.

So gym tonight for a full hour and each time i go to the bathroom at work I am going to try and do 15 squats :)

Also going to force myslef away from my desk to do a 20 minute walk outside at Lunch time!

I also started planking for 30 seconds just before bed and when i wake up - will build up the time slowly....

who else works cheeky its of movement into their day - any tips?

What a great idea, I never thought of that, I'm gonna try it, thanks for the tip :)
  • every time i have to go fax something at work, and wait for the confirmation to print out, I do leg lifts, squats, and wall pushups. While I wait for my lunch to warm up in the microwave, I jog in place or do some kickboxing moves. :) It's the little things, lol!

Great idea doing a little extra throughout your day!!!

I drink lots of water and green tea throughout the day so I am constantly getting up from my desk to either refill my bottle or relieve myself.

I also have an exercise band and a few kettlebells in my office so when I'm feeling stiff I'll stretch or if I'm tired I might do a few cleans and press and single leg squats to get some blood flow back and get myself energised

Ab tightening, all day long. Just sitting at work, suck it in and squeeze your abs like a slight crunch.
  • Lol, some of these must look quite funny to co-workers.

You can do butt clenches at your desk too!

I work across the road from my house so i try and take my dog out for half an hour at lunchtime.

One of our girls took a mini-stepper to work.

You can also use your full water bottle as a weight for a few bicep curls.
