    Okay, didn't do too bad yesterday, but could do better today......
    6 glasses water (didn't do this yesterday)
    One meal veggies
    Clean boat
    RUN!!!!!!

    Workout/run
    Pay bills.....eww!

    It's Monday! The first day of the week, and I've already eaten enough food for two Monday's . Damn! Oh well. I'm choosing to climb back on the wagon for the rest of today, get my act together.....again!
    On a good note, I've done almost all of the laundry! That's an accomplishment in this house.
    I've meal prepped a smidgen today, I'll finish up tonight so I don't have any excuses not to eat well.
