This Is my second year on my fitness journey

Well, I'm Nan, and I wanted to share with You my story , I started noticing 2 years ago that I was gaining a significant amount of weight because of depression and stress so I decided to make an important decision, to start working out, I've always considered myself a number 1 fan of sports and have always been good at them so I decided to start working out , I used to run for about 15 minutes in the morning and climbed stairs in the afternoons, I changed my eating habits and started feeling strong. after 2 years I can run for about 1 hour, I have toned arms legs and arms , and I feel proud because I love the feeling I get when I feel my own strength. I workout 5 times /W . And never been happier with my results , I think that if I succeeded, then, if you are starting , you can too!!
