Week 1 complete!

After starting up my fitness and food plans, I've lost 2.3 lbs this week! I know it's early, it won't always be like week 1, and I have a long way to go, but just wanted to take a moment to celebrate.
I'm doing a workout with Title boxing 3-4 times per week, and trying to fit in an aerobics video at home on at least one off day. I've been prepping meals from the Skinnytaste Fast and Slow cookbook.

I could definitely use more friends on here for support! Please add me!
