Any idea how to best account for calories burned from weight lifting? I've got fit bit accounting for steps but would love to get an idea of what I'm burning from lifting.

Log it under cardio in the exercise database1

I'm not exactly sure how many calories are burned from weight lifting but I generally add back 250 to 300 calories on a heavy/high volume lift day and I'm still losing weight. I log them under cardio and it says strength training.0

Its not something that can be measured. By anyone. If you want to allow for it, you need to pick a number and see how it works. I would start with about 300 cals/hr.1

I also tend to track only about half the clock time spent as actual lifting due to rest breaks between sets.0
