Alkaline diet!!

Anyone doing the alkaline diet that has tips? I'm lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, and i dont eat red meat or pork..but i have to keep my iron up cause I'm anemic.. plz help i need tips

Your body is very efficient at maintaining a specific pH. In fact, if you went outside of a very narrow window on the pH scale you would face extremely negative consequences. The sad part about the alkaline diet is that their proof that it is working is the body's natural attempt at keeping your pH between 7.3 and 7.5.0

don't believe the hype OP. Most of these named diets are bunk, this one is particularly heinous and its inventor is getting what's coming to him.7 -
I'll address keeping your iron up with multiple intolerances and restrictions.
Try the lucky iron fish when preparing rice, soups, or pasta.
Consider taking an iron supplement along with vitamin C or a citrus fruit.
Have plenty of dark leafy greens with your meals.
Raisins are good, too, and many cereals are fortified with iron (check for gluten of course).1 -
Don't buy into this diet. If you're having issues with iron, supplement it or find other sources high in it that you aren't allergic to.
